They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, along with the location was awesome, but it's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain as well much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doors, the trim, much of your household furniture, and so on.
I loved that there ended up two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for adults who want to travel jointly. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it once again or propose it to a friend.

Previous reviews pointed out the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. So the house received a great deal of sand in it.
